| 무용단 소개 | KARTS 무용단은 국내외 우수 레퍼토리를 보유한 단체로, 영국 Hofesh Shechter Company, 이스라엘 Batsheva Dance Company, 독일 Clapping Steps 소속 안무가 Alexander Ekman의 레퍼토리 구축사업을 통해 글로벌 네트워크를 구축하는 목적을 갖는 무용단이다. KARTS Dance Company is an organization with excellent repertoires at home and abroad, and aims to build a global network through the repertoire construction project of Hofesh Shechter Company in UK, Batsheva Dance Company in Israel and Alexander Ekman, a choreographer from Clapping Steps in Germany. |
| 작품소개 | <tHE bAD>는 14세기 문명사에 나타난 르네상스가 서유럽이 아닌 다른 장소, 또는 유럽인이 아닌 바바리안으로부터 발생했다면 모든 문화의 중심은 유럽이 아닌 다른 곳일 수 있다는 풍자적인 발상에서 시작한다. <tHE bAD> begins with a satirical idea that if Renaissance the history of civilization in the 14th century occurred in places other than Western Europe or from non-European like Barbarian, the center of all cultures may be somewhere other than Europe. |
